Overview
Famous for producing the arguably finest expressions of Pinot Noir in the world, Cotes de Nuits is named after its principal town, Nuits-St-Georges. This is the northern half of the Cote d’Or (the southern half being Cotes de Beaune), a stretch of vineyards which are thoroughly committed to Pinot Noir, which makes up 95% of the total production.
