Delivery
UK Delivery Information
We offer a free click and collect service and a one to three business day’s delivery depending on the time of order. We plan to offer same day delivery in specific areas of West London in the near future.
The Perfect Bottle offers delivery to most UK addresses via our delivery partners. Please note that we are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man at this time.
We can deliver to a work address, to a neighbour or you can leave a note at checkout with specific instructions. If you have not received your order within 5 business days – please email us and let us know at - info@theperfectbottle.com
International Delivery Information
We have begun to offer International shipments starting with the European Union countries. However this capability is not available online yet and at this time we ask that you contact us at James@theperfectbottle.com and we can discuss your requirements on an ad hoc basis. It is important to note that the receiver should make themselves aware of the destinations custom and taxation requirements as these will be your responsibility.
No Minimum Order
We’re not your typical wine merchant. Gone are the days when you have to purchase cases of wine and risk buying a bottle that you later find out is not to your taste. We specialise in supplying single or loose bottles of fine wine and there is no minimum order. If you are after cases of wine, please see our Consultancy Service page.
Click and Collect
We offer a Click and Collect service. If you would prefer to collect your order from our Chelsea bottle shop and come in and have a welcome chat, please select this option at checkout, this service is free of charge. Please ensure you have your order number when collecting. Please note that you must be over 18 years old to collect alcohol.
Delivery
No Minimum Order
£9.95 for all orders up to £150.00, free of charge over £150.
Deliveries are made by DPD, DX, APC or Royal Mail or other providers should it be necessary, are fully tracked and signed for.
Delivery time is normally one to three business days or by arrangement by emailing james@theperfectbottle.com.
Tracking
Tracking information for your parcel will be provided by one of our trusted logistics firms.
Secure and Sustainable Packaging
In order to meet our environmental and sustainability goals we use the industry leading "Pulpsafe" bottle packaging. This offers the protection you would expect for shipping your wine with the greenest possible eco-credentials. The packaging is fully recycled, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. It can be re-used as planters for your garden or placed in any household compost.
