Incredible wines

A fantastic wine shop. James is a font of knowledge when it comes to advising on the right wine. I have also done a wine tasting here which was great fun and the wines we tasted were special.

A wonderful owner-run wine shop that specialises in quality wines from top producers, often including hard-to-find vintages, all at keen prices and backed up by a very knowledgeable and efficient service. Their innovative value scoring system makes choosing from the extensive range a reliable and simple task, though as the personable owners are passionate about wine they are always willing to discuss and advise on any particular requirement in a helpful and unstuffy way. A visit to the shop is thoroughly recommended.

Highly recommend The Perfect Bottle. They offer a fantastic selection of fine wines, including hard-to-find single bottles (no more case purchases!). Their value scoring makes finding great deals easy, and they consistently offer the lowest prices in the UK. Plus, they only sell the best vintages, ensuring you're always buying the absolute best!

A truly wonderful wine shop led by James and Will. Their knowledge and selection of wines is hard to beat. They are sound lads, with a passion for great wine that they share with their customers. Their recommendation of Puligny-Montrachet, Jacques Carillon 2020 hit the nail on the head when I was describing my love for Burgundy whites. A sumptuous wine that I am already dreaming of buying again!

Just returned from Southern Rhone and James managed to find a couple of bottles of one of my favourite cuvées, from Gigondas' top producer (fyi, Valbelle from Chateau de Saint-Cosme!). Uniquely personal, generous and professional advice from James for even such a small order - delivered with a handwritten letter. Bravo - five star service!

I don't know a lot about wine, I just know I like it. This wine store is ideal for the novice and the expert! Something for everyone here!
