Vinedo Chadwick, Maipo Valley

Vine Errazuriz was founded by Don Maximiano Errazuriz in the Aconcagua Valley in 1870, yet the estate’s modern history starts with descendant Alfonso Chadwick taking control at the middle of the 20^th century. His son Eduardo joined him soon after. Alongside running one of Chile’s most recognized wine estates, Alfonso is also considered to be one of the best polo players in the country’s history; he was even the captain of the national team for many years. In 1993, son Eduardo succeeded him as president of Vina Errazuriz. Vinedo Chadwick, has become a Chilean icon, sought out for its purity, complexity, and multi-layered fruit concentration.
